Dual Space, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") provides web scraping and data services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and APIs (the "Services").

2. Use of Services

You agree to:

Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
Maintain the security of your account
Be responsible for all activity under your account
Not use the Services for any illegal purpose
Not attempt to disrupt or circumvent the Services

3. Data & Privacy

When using our Services:

You must comply with data protection laws
You are responsible for having the right to collect and use the data
We may collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy

4. Payment

Fees are charged as specified in your plan
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
We may change our fees with 30 days notice

5. Termination

Either party may terminate service with notice. We may suspend service immediately for Terms violations. You remain responsible for all charges incurred.

6. Warranty & Liability

Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the past 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Any disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, except for injunctive relief which may be sought in Delaware courts.
